Dear Diary,

It is December 25th.  The potlickers opened their presents this morning.  Always interesting!  Check out the beautiful haircut #1 is sporting ( remember the lice infestation.  Really,  the haircut is not so good.)  

Anyway, Carter asked for an ipod and some game for his ds.  Paige asked for an American Girl doll.  Ellie asked for a Tag pen and Pixos.  Ava wanted anything to do with her "little Spanish friend" Eggo (aka Diego).  

The best part of the morning thus far is watching the Captain play with the Wii.  He is extremely competitive.  He has gone as far as to designate a Weezer backstage pass as the medal of honor.  Whoever wins each game gets to wear the "medal of honor".  Nice.
