Mayan Riviera Part 3

Out the back of our house is a pathway that leads us to Yalku Lagoon.  It is great and we think it can't get any better until...........................it does.  

Once you stick your face in the water you realize it tis like a movie.  Colorful fish of all sizes EVERYWHERE.  Large boulders with bright green moss, fish, tunnels, caves, deep water, shallow water - it is insane.  

There are a couple of tour groups that utilize the lagoon for a wee bit in the mornings, but we pretty much had it to ourselves most of the time.  Rosenburg supplied us with snorkels, fins, etc.  

We would spend our time swimming in the lagoon and then run back and jump in the pool.
